Se destac\u00f3 como l\u00edder espiritual y guerrera de Los Quiriquires una de las tribus m\u00e1s revolucionarias\u200b en contra de la colonizaci\u00f3n. Apacuna combati\u00f3 y expuls\u00f3 de sus tierras al imperio espa\u00f1ol en 1574 durante la conquista de Venezuela.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full generaciones.\u00bb se encuentra escrito en la placa ubicada en la parte inferior de la escultura.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apacuna fue una figura heroica de las mujeres durante la resistencia ind\u00edgena por ello debido a su incansable labor para proteger y liberar la patria de fuerzas extranjeras, 500 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s recibe este reconocimiento por ser una Lideresa de la Liber<\/span>tad.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este
