Un Joven Artista nacido el 24 de julio de 1984, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; atra\u00eddo por la cultura y el arte con un enorme amor por el conocimiento, fue cofundador de las compa\u00f1\u00edas de teatros \u201cLegeste\u201d y \u201cOcho Metros C\u00fabicos\u201d marcando una l\u00ednea est\u00e9tica particular, siendo uno de los j\u00f3venes m\u00e1s destacados en la din\u00e1mica de la escena teatral en la actualidad.<\/span>

A sus 37 a\u00f1os ha dirigido m\u00e1s de 15 montajes, por lo cual recibi\u00f3 el Premio; \u201cMejor Direcci\u00f3n y Puesta en Escena\u201d otorgado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Cr\u00edticos y Periodistas teatrales de M\u00e9xico en 2016. En 2010 fue seleccionado como parte del Grupo Internacional Dramaturgo de la \u201cRoyal Court Theater\u201d de Londres y en 2012 particip\u00f3 en la \u201cResidencia Art\u00edstica del Lark Play Developmen Center\u201d de Nueva York.<\/span>

Su participaci\u00f3n en la 8va Edici\u00f3n del Festival Internacional de Teatro de Caracas (FITCCS) 2019 ha sido aplaudida y admirada por destacar elementos que enfocan la realidad, el mundo y la expectativa de un nuevo dise\u00f1o de discurso art\u00edstico con la autor\u00eda de la obra de teatro \u201cDios o no ser\u201d, que fue presentada en la sala Anna Julia Roja de Uneartes el s\u00e1bado 13 y domingo 15 de abril a las 5pm.<\/span>

La Alcald\u00eda de Caracas, En el marco de la 8va Edici\u00f3n del FITCCS 2019 le otorga un reconocimiento representado en f\u00edsico y con la entrega de la llave de la ciudad por la alcaldesa de municipio Bolivariano Libertador, Erika Far\u00edas, al actor, director y dramaturgo David Gait\u00e1n, Por su destacada trayectoria en el Teatro y en el quehacer esc\u00e9nico Mexicano Contempor\u00e1neo.<\/span>
