12pt;\">En el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n de las Fiestas de San Juan Bautista, el Instituto de Patrimonio Cultural otorg\u00f3 certificados municipales a los parranderos y parranderas de Caracas, con la finalidad de homenajearlos por su labor, por practicar todas las tradiciones del calendario festivo caraque\u00f1o y por darle continuidad a esta tradici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La celebraci\u00f3n estuvo llena de cantos, bailes y tambores, contando con la presencia del Ministro del Poder Popular para la Cultura, Ernesto Villegas; el Viceministro de Identidad y Diversidad Cultural, Oscar Sotillo; la presidenta del Instituto de Patrimonio Cultural, Dinora Cruz y los parranderos homenajeados de la Cofrad\u00eda de San Juan Bautista del Municipio Libertador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" llegado hasta nuestros d\u00edas como un influjo de energ\u00eda, no es solamente el santo, es el pueblo que alrededor de su figura con tambor ha transcendido en la historia como un pueblo irrevocablemente libre\u00bb, as\u00ed lo destac\u00f3 el ministro Ernesto Villegas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-5350\" esta tradici\u00f3n, donde ademas el Concejo Legislativo hace entrega de un reconocimiento municipal por estas mismas razones, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer la presidenta del Instituto de Patrimonio
