font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El Festival de Talento Emergente Portavoz ha sido una ventana para el disfrute y la expresi\u00f3n del arte y la cultura en las 16 parroquias de los 7 ejes comunales del municipio Libertador, impulsado desde el Instituto Municipal para la Juventud de Caracas cumpliendo con las pol\u00edticas del Gabinete de Cultura, Recreaci\u00f3n, Juventud y Deporte de la Alcald\u00eda de Caracas de crear espacios para la paz y la sana convivencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En sus diferentes ediciones el Festival ha premiado grandes talentos, j\u00f3venes que inician sus carreras art\u00edsticas y que apuestan a alcanzar sus sue\u00f1os desde el arte; es por ello que la Alcaldesa Erika Far\u00edas ha tomado la iniciativa de sumarlos como artistas destacados en las carteleras del Festival de M\u00fasica Suena Caracas 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Los concierto del Suena Caracas 2019 cuentan con talentos del Festival Portavoz no s\u00f3lo en el genero musical sino tambi\u00e9n destacados en baile urbano y otras disciplinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Talentos como Daniel Sumoza, Javier Herrera, Karla Quintana, Ruben Calderon, Batha The Big Lion, Osana Alvarado entre otros deslumbran con su talento esta importante plataforma art\u00edstica en esta 5ta edici\u00f3n del Suena Caracas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
