Ch\u00e1vez, el Instituto de Altos Estudios para el Pensamiento del Comandante Supremo \u201cHugo Ch\u00e1vez\u201d, conjuntamente con el Gabinete de Cultura para la Nueva Espiritualidad de la Alcald\u00eda de Caracas; presentar\u00e1 un conversatorio sobre el legado de este gran estratega, a cargo de la Profesora Christian Valles (Directiva del mencionado Instituto). As\u00ed mismo, contaremos con el cantautor Manaure y la poeta Luz Morales, quienes ofrecer\u00e1n su repertorio po\u00e9tico-musical.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez naci\u00f3 en la poblaci\u00f3n de Sabaneta (Edo. Barinas), el 28 de julio de 1954. Fue un militar, pol\u00edtico y Presidente de la naci\u00f3n (desde el 2 de febrero de 1999, hasta su fallecimiento, el 05 de marzo de 2013). L\u00edder de la insurrecci\u00f3n militar del 4 de febrero de 1992, fundador del Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela (quedando como uno de los m\u00e1s grandes de Latinoam\u00e9rica y El Caribe).
